The Scheppach BASA 4.0 Pro bandsaw is the smallest of the German made BASA bandsaw range. Built to very high and demanding standards standards to suit the German home market, it is a very robust and well made machine, perfect for the professional and domestic user. It is available in 230v and 415v. The 230v version requires a 16amp supply. It has a very quiet induction motor with plenty of horse power as you would expect for a bandsaw designed for use in a small professional workshop.
Precision 3-roller top & bottom tempered blade guides. There is a cam action lever on the top wheel so you can take the tension off the blade when not in use.
Supplied complete with metal/ aluminium mitre guide, cam locking rip fence, tilting table and dust spout. It does not have wheels so for manoeuvrability, the Scheppach wheel kit might prove useful in tight for space workshops.
